Fortune Club centres on member benefits. These include preferential accommodation at La Joya, discounted food and drinks at Joy Cafe, and free entry to Ülfet Beach Club in Girne.
Before using a benefit, check current membership eligibility, validity dates, availability and usage conditions. A dining discount does not make all products free. Free entry does not include food, drinks or additional services unless specifically stated.
Your digital card and QR code verify your membership. An establishment's introduction or website link does not by itself create a booking, guarantee entry or purchase an inclusive service package. Confirm prices, payment and cancellation conditions with the relevant establishment before buying a paid service.
Keep your account and membership-verification details for personal use. Questions about applying a benefit can be sent through our membership contact channel.
This guide explains the membership experience; it does not replace the versioned Terms of Use below or conditions published for a particular benefit. Refer to that benefit's description for its current scope and eligibility.
1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fortune Club mobile app and web application (together the “Platforms”) operated by Fortune Club Turizm (“Fortune Club”) and of the digital membership service provided through them. Anyone who registers on or uses the Platforms is deemed to have accepted these Terms. The processing of your personal data is described in a separate document, the Privacy Notice; these Terms do not replace it.
2. Membership and eligibility
- Membership is free. To open an account you must meet the age requirement stated in the Privacy Notice and provide accurate and complete identity details.
- One person may hold only one membership account. Accounts opened with false details or another person's details may be blocked.
- Your account opens when registration is complete. The QR code used for hotel check-in becomes active once your identity verification is complete.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential. Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account. Fortune Club may temporarily lock an account when suspicious activity is detected.
4. QR code and hotel check-in
- Your QR code is personal, single-use and expires after a short time; the app generates a new code when needed.
- You must not share, copy or use your QR code on behalf of another person.
- Hotel staff may request additional information at check-in to verify your identity.
5. Campaigns and privileges
- Campaigns are assigned to your membership; each has its own conditions, validity period and usage limit, shown on the Platforms.
- Campaigns cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and the partner establishment's own rules apply.
- Fortune Club may cancel or modify a campaign where misuse or an error is detected.
6. Prohibited use
Using the Platforms for unlawful purposes, attempting to circumvent system security, collecting data with automated tools, impersonating another person or disrupting the service is prohibited. In such cases the account may be closed and legal remedies pursued.
7. Closing and deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time via Profile › Privacy & Account › Delete my account on the Platforms, or by contacting us. Deletion is irreversible; unused campaign entitlements lapse. Records that must be kept by law are retained for a limited period and with restricted access, as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Nature of the service and liability
The Platforms provide the Fortune Club membership system and access to privileges offered by partner establishments. Accommodation, transfer, restaurant and similar services are provided by the relevant establishment and are subject to its conditions. Fortune Club does not guarantee that the Platforms will operate without interruption or error; liability arising from mandatory law is reserved.
9. Intellectual property
The rights to the brands, logos, designs and content on the Platforms belong to Fortune Club or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
10. Changes
Fortune Club may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by in-app notification or e-mail and acceptance of the new version may be requested. The version and update date are shown at the top of the page.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. For questions:
